BOARD OF DIRECTORS - APPLICATION

Kenosha Community Media, Inc. has a 12 member Board of Directors which oversee KCM operations and plan for its future.   They serve without compensation.  Individuals, ages 18 and older, who wish to be considered for appointment to the KCM Board are asked to fill out an application form and submit it to KCM.

REGISTER FOR USE OF KENOSHA TV EQUIPMENT THROUGH KENOSHA MEDIA CENTER
Individuals who wish to use the Kenosha TV equipment through the Kenosha Media Center must first successfully complete an Applied Video Production workshop, offered by KCM in cooperation with Carthage College Enrichment and Continuing education program.  
 
Current producers who would like to register for 2012 use of Kenosha TV equipment should print and submit a registration form.

KENOSHA TV SCHEDULE REQUEST
To submit video programs for airplay on Kenosha TV, you must either be enrolled as a Kenosha TV producer, be a citizen who resides in the Kenosha TV viewing area, or be a representative to an organization that has a physical location in the Kenosha TV viewing area.    Kenosha TV viewing area includes the City of Kenosha, Village of Pleasant Prairie, and Town of Somers, WI.   Programming must be noncommercial.

UNDERWRITING POLICY
The KCM underwriting policy applies to producers and underwriters, as defined in Section 2 of the KCM Handbook, toward providing and accepting financial or in-kind support made possible through Kenosha Community Media.

The general public and Kenosha TV producers may request copies of programs that have appeared or are currently airing on Kenosha TV 14.  Restrictions apply.

If you are a Kenosha TV producer and are seeking to start a new video production, please fill out a Production Planner and submit it to the Media Coordinator.  The Coordinator will assist you in developing your production.

Current producers are encouraged to obtain talent releases from persons who appear (other than incidentally) on their Kenosha TV programs.

Kenosha Community Media attempts to keep all KCM equipment in good working order.  If you are aware of equipment that is in need of maintenance,please bring it to KCM's attention by submitting a Request for Maintenance form to KCM staff.   Thank you for your help!

Kenosha Community Media takes complaints of discrimination, harassment,unethical or unfair conduct as serious matters.  In the event that you believe you have been harassed or discriminated against by any person associated with Kenosha Community Media, Inc., including its Board of Directors, its employees, vendors, clients, volunteers or other persons or entities related to KCM, you are encouraged to bring your complaint as soon as possible to the attention of the Media Coordinator.  Please use KCM's Complaint Form to submit your complaint.
