Fifty seven high school students from across North America converged on Kenosha, Wisconsin from April 27-May 1, 2017 for the Moose International Youth Awareness Congress. The opening session for this Congress took place at the Kenosha County Building and featured guest speakers, Scott Hart, director general, Moose International, and Tammy Conforti, founder, Kenosha Dream Playground Project.
For more than 25 years, Moose International has organized high school students into a highly effective speakers’ bureau with the goal of educating preschool and elementary school-aged children on a variety of topics, including drug and alcohol abuse, child abuse, “stranger danger,” bullying and peer pressure, and healthy habits and nutrition.
