The spirit of Kenosha and the spirit of goodwill exists in Teri Jacobsen and Ardis Mahone-Mosley, who work tirelessly behind-the-scenes to bring the HarborPark Jazz, Rhythm & Blues Festival to Kenosha, WI each year. Mahone Fund so it may provide educational opportunities for economically and academically deserving youth and to support healthy lifestyle initiatives in communities of color. Kenosha Community Media is proud to help spread awareness of the festival and the mission of the Mahone Fund.
