You'll use KCM's camcorders, studio and control room, and iMac computers to learn how to create professional programs about topics of interest to you and your community. Once you've completed this course, you may continue to visit our Kenosha Media Center at 1403 Washington Road (inside the Time Warner/Spectrum building) to create your own programming and/or to meet others who share your interests and work with them in video production. Knowing how to capture and edit video is an important skill, whether you want to share video images with friends and neighbors or want to prepare yourself for a career in video production. Kenosha Community Media will host a video production course, designed for beginners, starting on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 6pm. These course takes place on January 23rd and 30th, as well as February 6th and 13th. Learn TV studio and control room production, video editing on our new iMac computers, and field production with our new HD camcorders. Cost is $50. Discounts available for senior citizens and students. Course is open to residents of Kenosha County, including its city, towns and villages.
