 Kenosha Community Media (KCM) in association with Carthage's Enrichment and Continuing Education program provides the tools and training for the public to learn video production. An Applied Video Production course is available to persons, age 18 and older, who reside in the Kenosha TV 14 viewing area. Persons who belong to organizations or businesses in this area may also participate in order to highlight noncommercial aspects of the organization or business.
The Applied Video Production course include hands-on training on studio and field cameras, studio control room and editing equipment.

Through its Enrichment & Continuing Education Office, Carthage provides a class site for training on the Macintosh operating system and iMovie software. The course instructor is Michael Love, Head of Media Services at Carthage. Other training takes place at the Kenosha Media Center. Costs are $45.00 for City residents who subscribe to Time Warner Cable TV or $50.00 for Pleasant Prairie, Somers residents. In addition, there is a one-time $10.00 application fee for individuals who have never before taken a course at Carthage. Participants may also enroll for college credit for an additional fee.
