KCM welcomes non-profits, clubs, businesses and institutions of the Kenosha TV 14 viewing area to share their noncommercial, not-for-profit messages through Kenosha TV 14's electronic bulletin board. This bulletin board appears on the air whenever video programming is not scheduled. Submit announcements by e-mail to jason@kenoshamedia.org
Your announcements may include basic information about your not-for-profit event or activity. (KCM does not accept personal announcements, i.e., birthdays, weddings, engagements, or lost or found items at this time.) Each announcement may have up to eight lines lof text, and a maximum of approximately 25 characters of text per line, including space and punctuation. You may submit messages verbatim, or in the form of a flier or press release, hand-written or typed. KCM reserves the right to edit for clarity, grammar, spelling and punctuation, and to format the message to fit the screen.
You may submit photos, graphics or logos to accompany your message. Images must be in either JPEG or GIF format, and in a landscape mode at 640 x 480 resolution and 72 dpi. KCM reserves the right to edit the image or to not use the image, due to space constraints on the channel or if the image is not relevant to text information provided. Space required for images shall proportionally reduce the amount of space available for text information.
KCM displays each message for a maximum of 30 days, or until after the day or activity (if it takes place less than 30 days after announcement appears on Kenosha TV 14).
